La Croix L'Hebdo : Several months after the end of your first Vendée Globe, are you still on cloud nine?
Violette Dorange : I'm back from a two-week vacation where I took a break, which did me good. Since arriving, it's been non-stop! There was a big upheaval in our project because we gained visibility. This also led to more media inquiries and requests for meetings. We had to recruit additional people to the team and, at the same time, prepare for the future and the other challenges to come.
